"Each of our wines reflects
its unique terroir."

Philippe Fays

Champagnes

During both summer and winter monthes, when the snow or the rain is falling, with a freezing or sunny weather, the estate’s team takes care of each vine plot. This unique rigor enables to produce genuine, full of character Champagnes, reflecting each terroir of the Domaine Philippe Fays.

The vineyard is located in the heart of “Cote des Bar”, benefiting from various exposures and terroirs and thus providing finesse, elegance and minerality to our Champagnes.

The vineyard is composed of 75% of Pinot Noir and 20% of Chardonnay, the two most well-known Champagne grape varieties, producing complex and distinguished wines.

Last choice of the family: reintroduce a Champagne ancestral grape variety, the Pinot Blanc (white one), on a south facing slop composed of clay soil.
