This light appearance and well-structured Champagne, representative of its terroir, is composed of fine and vigorous bubbles. The nose reveals citruses, white fruits, lightly mineral and salted aromas. On the palate, the attack is pure and precise with a fruity character (and fleshy texture) balanced by a lemon acidity for a fine length the mouth. Delicate and fleshy/concentrated finish.
Powerful and generous Champagne, great to taste and drink for the whole meal.
